As educators, you can provide the foundations of a life yet to be determined - a far more malleable set of circumstances. Although you may be faced with educational challenges of a standardized curriculum, concepts of sustainability can be interwoven in many aspects of the student's education.

Like with most things, you have to become examples of what you teach in order for the students to be able to understand not the steps, but the experience. The student will be more engaged as he/she will be able to associate to your real-life experiences.

It is extremely valuable for you to guide yourself through most of these pages in order to get a basic level of understanding in most aspects of sustainability.
